Your eyes are NOT deceiving you, this is indeed a(nother) new layout. This one is from scratch though. No template, nothing! Just my own coding and graphic skills (or lack thereof lol). And also yes, it is indeed iframes as nostalgia has been hitting me quite hard as of late. *shrugs* Hope you like!
